joan (Alan Benjamin Thomas and Steven Rutherford) is an acclaimed alternative pop duo from Little Rock, Arkansas. Not long ago, they released a lovely music video for their “superglue” single via Photo Finish Records. The song speaks to joan’s fatherly bond.

‘superglue‘ is the title track of joan’s highly anticipated debut album, “superglue,” which is over three years in the making. The full-length project follows joan’s beloved Eps (portra, cloudy, and hi and bye). ‘superglue’ is one of the most powerful, poignant, and poetic moments on the record.
joan has a 20-date nationwide U.S. headlining tour beginning May 13th, to support their album. They recently had a special global Roblox listening party on April 21st, 22nd, and 23rd, where users participated in fun and interactive activities together with their friends while listening to “superglue” in unique community-based experiences. joan popped into those experiences all weekend (as their avatars) and held exclusive live Q+A for fans.
