DIXSON (Darius Scott) is a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter, producer, and 11-instrument-playing musician from Atlanta, Georgia. Not too long ago, he released an appealing music video for his fan-favorite single, “BARELY,” via Roc Nation.

‘004DAISY’ EP is the culmination of the most significant year in DIXSON’s career as he added the title Oscar-nominee to his resume for his contribution to “Be Alive,” a song he co-wrote with Beyoncé for the film, King Richard.
Following an unforgettable performance of the record by Beyoncé at last year’s Academy Awards, DIXSON released his EP’s first single, “CHERRY SORBET.” Also, he contributed as a writer on Beyoncé’s latest record-shattering album, RENAISSANCE, with credits on Virgos Groove, and Pure/Honey. This work earned DIXSON two Grammy nominations at the upcoming 2023 Grammy Awards.

With great momentum, he won over an impressive crowd earlier at the Essence Festival.
