Orie King releases a lovely Afropop tune, entitled, “Far Away”

Orie King is an up-and-coming singer-songwriter with Nigerian roots. Not too long ago, she released a lovely Afropop tune, entitled, “Far Away.”

Orie King – “Far Away” single

‘Far Away’ tells an adoring tale about a young woman who shares a passionate moment in time with her significant other. Apparently, she desires to take her lover on a faraway journey to an enchanted place where he has never visited before. Later, she admits that she wants to be his fantasy and her goal is to protect him with lots of love. Also, she desires that he never experiences hurt or pain ever again.

‘Far Away’ contains a dreamy relationship-based narrative, ear-pleasing vocals, and tuneful melodies that will resonate well with fans of Juliet Ariel, Tabitha Jade, and Talii. The likable tune possesses rhythmic instrumentation flavored with Afropop, afrobeats, and tropical dancehall elements. Furthermore, “Far Away” serves as a wonderful presentation of what listeners can expect to hear on Orie King’s debut project, entitled, “Lotus the EP.”
