NOA is a rising singer-songwriter from Toronto, Ontario. Not too long ago, she released a wonderful pop tune, entitled, “Caught Up”.

NOA – “Caught Up” single

“When I start to fall for someone, I often get very ‘Caught Up’ in my head. Overthinking becomes second nature, and it always seems to take me out of the present moment when I’m with that person. I hate it. ‘Caught Up’ is a personal anthem or reminder to stay in the moment and practice mindfulness. I want to focus on how amazingly beautiful, vulnerable, and scary all of the feelings that come with falling in love can be.” – NOA

‘Caught Up’ tells an attractive tale of a young woman who is going crazy thinking about her significant other.

Apparently, she doesn’t want to mess up what they have, therefore, she pleads to her partner for help. She wants to get out of her head because she doesn’t want to miss out on all the good times she could be having within her budding relationship.

Later, a bonding moment occurs between them and she is taken to a fantastic place where she has never visited before.

“We all have days where we spend more time in our heads than here on earth. I’ve learned that by getting ‘Caught Up’ in my head, I end up missing out on so many good things. I hope this song reminds you to live in the now and to embrace everything beautiful and new that’s happening around you!” – NOA

NOA is quickly establishing herself as one of the most exciting artists to watch this year.

She exudes composure and confidence while being one of the most promising rising talents in the game.

‘Caught Up’ contains a relatable storyline, ear-welcoming vocals, and sugar-sweet melodies. Also, the likable tune possesses dreamy instrumentation scented with a commercial pop aroma.
