‘Migraine’ is about trying to overcome anxious thoughts and insecurities. The likable tune contains a relatable narrative, ear-pleasing vocals, and tuneful melodies. Also, “Migraine” possesses guitar-laden instrumentation flavored with a nostalgic pop vibration. Furthermore, the song serves as a tasty appetizer to what listeners can expect to hear on Ellur’s upcoming EP, entitled, “Moments,” set to be released on December 16, 2021. The project is a bold and honest exploration into human relationships that mirrors the pop hooks and festival-ready choruses of modern-day artists like HAIM and Lorde. Also, “Moments” gives a nod to the ‘80s anthems that Ellur grew up listening to.

Ellur sings about the challenges and thrills of modern-day romance and break-ups with compelling originality. Since writing her first songs when she was 11, Ellur continued to create music throughout her teens and turned to the empowering attitude and aesthetic of feminist icons like Madonna, Kate Bush, and Stevie Nicks to inspire her.
