One minute I was pushing myself and beating myself up, the next I was telling myself it’s ok not to be ok. Also, I was trying to achieve things that are very difficult to anyone who’s suffering. ‘Light It Up’ tells the tale of a young woman who struggles to recover after suffering a grievous loss. Eventually, she overcomes procrastination, pressure, and the emotional effects of stress.

The melodic tune contains a relatable storyline, soft vocals, and jungle-inspired instrumentation embedded with Don Fuego’s Arabian-style drops.
