Angelina Jordan – “7th Heaven” music video

“Sometimes I feel all my dreams are slowly fading. I see myself in the mirror, I wanna love the person looking back at me. Seventh heaven on my shoulders falls heavy. Sometimes I wanna be powerful, gotta find the strength within me. Sometimes you look for a miracle but there’s nothing in you. And sometimes you have to let go and get lost in the moment. Sometimes you wanna be careless and let go of sadness.” – lyrics

‘7th Heaven’ tells an inspiring tale about a young woman who believes that life should be lived with hope. Also, she believes that you should never give up, even though there is a lot of bitterness in the world.

‘7th Heaven’ contains an uplifting message, ear-pleasing vocals, and tuneful melodies that will resonate well with fans of Amy Winehouse. The empowering tune possesses piano-laden instrumentation flavored with a jazzy contemporary pop vibration. Furthermore, “7th Heaven” follows mildly on the heels of Angelina Jordan’s official debut single, entitled, “Million Miles.”

“I see myself in the mirror, I wanna love the person looking back at me.”

“Life has ups and downs, and you always have to be ready for whatever is coming up. The song is a reminder to look at everything in a positive light and not get down on yourself. Most importantly—no matter what you’re doing—don’t give up. Also, the song is meant to make you dance.” – Angelina Jordan explained

Angelina Jordan has shined on some of the world’s biggest stages as a vocalist, but now she shines even brighter as an artist. Not too long ago, she performed at the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony, Brilliant Minds in Stockholm, and Muse In City Festival in Seoul. Also, she performed at Quincy Jones’s 85th birthday at the O2 Arena in London.

In 2020, Republic Records Co-Founder and C.E.O. Monte Lipman personally signed Jordan to the label. Spotlighting her songwriting, she made her formal debut with “Million Miles.” To date, Jordan has amassed north of half a billion YouTube views and nearly 2 billion Facebook views. However, she fully defines the scope of her artistry in 2021 with the release of new music via Republic Records.
