“You were always overthinking every little step that you would ever take. As we grew older, you couldn’t stop tying yourself into way too many knots. Just relax and feel the flow, it’s time for you to let it all go. Catch the waves as they’re rolling in, reach up higher, and go follow the sun. Let the breeze come and drift away. Can you feel the fire as you follow – follow the sun?” – lyrics

‘Follow the Sun’ is about relaxing, settling down, and taking a much-needed breath of fresh air. Enjoy life, leave your worries behind, and live in the moment if possible. Stay on track, never look back, and allow your heart to run free.

‘Follow the Sun’ contains a dreamy narrative and ear-pleasing vocals that will resonate well with anyone who is having fun in the sun. The energetic tune possesses thudding drums, electric guitar, smooth analog bass, beautiful synth work, and bass-laden instrumentation flavored with electro-pop, dance-pop, and house elements. Furthermore, “Follow the Sun” follows mildly on the heels of Plastic Punk’s and Scarlet’s previously released single, “Meteorite.”

“Just relax and feel the flow, it’s time for you to let it all go.”

“The song is about having faith, letting go of fear and worry, and having the courage to take a chance. We hope it will encourage people to open their minds to the possibilities around them, enjoy the moment, reach higher, and follow their dreams. We have titled it ‘Follow The Sun,’ which is one of Scarlett’s fave metaphors.” – Plastic Punk explained

Plastic Punk first caught listeners’ attention in early 2022 with his debut single, “Dark Secrets,” featuring Jenny Dolly. Since then, he’s been on a nonstop streak of releasing catchy electro-pop tracks that showcase his unique blend of house and pop. Whether he’s collaborating with independent artists or going solo, he consistently delivers a high-energy, danceable sound that’s sure to get listeners moving.
