Nipsey Hussle is a rapper from Los Angeles, California. Not too long ago, he released a music video for “Double Up”, a single from his “Victory Lap” debut album featuring Belly and DOM KENNEDY.

Nipsey Hussle – “Double Up”

“Turned 7 to a 14, 14 to a whole thing. Lord knows it’s a cold game. Switched up on you hoes, mayne. Big body take both lanes, backseat blowin’ propane. All black, five gold chains. Young rich ni^^a bossed up on his own mayne.” – lyrics

The directedbysergio-video starts with Nipsey schooling actress Lauren London how to bag marijuana. The following scene finds her making a delivery, but before she gets to her destination, a cop pulls her over. Luckily for her, she doesn’t match the dispatcher’s description. After the cop drives away, she throws her trap phone away and departs from the drug game.

Ten years later, Nipsey and his partner enter a mansion with hopes of making a purchase. The homeowner, Jackie Long, calls his wife to greet Nipsey, and guess who comes walking down the steps—London. Long asks her to show Nipsey around and she does as she is told. After checking out the surrounding, Nipsey decides to buy the mansion.

‘Double Up’ contains a luxurious storyline, reality raps, and a slow-grinding instrumental embedded with hip-hop and trap elements.
