“You got a tendency, you always blowing my line off the Hennessy. We match energies, you got expensive taste. I got the Kennedys. Now I’m used to it. I can handle mine; I see right through you when you pull a lie. I know what you want. Pull up outside. It’s a shame how you know me so well.” – lyrics

Fall has been dubbed the heartbreak season, as couples may split off to go back to school and become more distant. NGO and Rasmus Wahlgren wanted to build on that and tell the story of a relationship where issues are starting to form, and the partners are becoming mere ghosts to one another.

‘Ghosts’ contains a relatable narrative and ear-pleasing vocals that will resonate well with fans of Always Never, Anders, Chase Atlantic, and The Kid Laroi. The expressive tune possesses melodic instrumentation flavored with a warm emo-pop vibration. Furthermore, “Ghosts” serves as a tasty appetizer to what listeners can expect to hear from NGO and Rasmus Wahlgren in the near future as they continue to release new music.

“Some nights it’s a little too easy and some nights you just can’t leave me alone.”

“I could be better off if only once in a blue I’d go and tell you off. But that won’t work at all ‘cause I’m addicted, baby, I can’t do without. Now, I’m used to it.” – lyrics

NGO obtain his first big break with his remix of “Too Good” by Drake & Rihanna, which amassed over 15 million streams across various platforms. Later, his remix of The Chainsmokers‘ “All We Know” with Jaydon Lewis, received over 20 million streams. Since then, NGO has accumulated over 75 million streams and an official remix for T-Pain (“A Million Times” with O.T. Genasis) under his belt.
