Kelli-Leigh releases a sassy pop tune, entitled, “You Don’t Know Me”

Kelli-Leigh is a talented singer-songwriter from south London, England. Not too long ago, she released a sassy pop tune, entitled, “You Don’t Know Me,” via her imprint, Music Core.

Kelli-Leigh – “You Don’t Know Me” single

‘You Don’t Know Me’ was written by Kelli-Leigh as a rebuttal against those who wrongly make assumptions. The bold and honest tune contains a relatable narrative, ear-pleasing vocals, and tuneful melodies that will resonate well with fans of Dua Lipa, Anne-Marie, and Becky Hill. The infectious tune also possesses groovy instrumentation flavored with power pop, adult contemporary, and modern R&B elements. Furthermore, “You Don’t Know Me” follows mildly on the heels of Kelli-Leigh’s “Be Alright” single and her debut EP, entitled, “Can’t Get Enough.”

Kelli-Leigh’s inspirations stem from growing up with Whitney Houston and Prince. After touring with Adele (on her “21” album tour), Kelli decided to become a solo artist. Shortly afterward, she laid vocals on tracks such as Duke Dumont’s “I Got U” featuring Jax Jones and Second City’s “I Wanna Feel (Radio Edit).” Both singles went straight to #1 on the official UK charts. Since then, Kelli has worked with James Hype (“More Than Friends”), Mario (“For Love”), and ThrdL!fe.
