Ivy Alex is an independent singer-songwriter/pianist based in Los Angeles, California. Not too long ago, she released an attractive music video for her lovely R&B single, entitled, “Waterfalls”.

“My best friend in the world shot this stunning video in one of our Bucket List Destinations in October. We hadn’t seen each other since we first met, 10 years ago! So filming this wouldn’t have been anything close to magical had it not been for my talented friend and director, Jamie Reibl. The sun was bright that day, smooth sounds of an accordion played in the background of the Greek island winds. Every part of shooting was literally as lovely as it looks.” – Ivy Alex

The Jamie Reibl-directed video was filmed in Santorini, Greece. It finds Ivy Alex walking through a picture-perfect region with a splendid blue-water ocean view. Also, other scenes show the bubbly singer on a cruise ship and seated inside a room playing the piano.

‘Waterfalls’ contains a relatable storyline, sweet soul vocals, and piano-driven instrumentation flavored with contemporary soul and nostalgic ‘90s R&B elements.

“Magnets held your heart to me and I fell into you. Maybe too fast but I don’t give a damn. What they choose to think, I’ll be a fool for you. Just please don’t break my heart. Please come back to me.” – lyrics
