In the song, I link the constant daily battles I face with a positive outlook by saying that I will put you under pressure. That is, whoever you are or whatever the situation is, I am still going to be on top of it and control the situation before it can control me. It’s more like I’m taking back my power with everything that is going on around me and uplifting my spirit even though things might not be as I want them to be.” – Dove Nicol explained
