“When I gave birth to my daughter, ‘P*$$y Fairy’ by Jhené Aiko was playing in the background, which was so damn fitting,” Bishat explained. “So, when I got back to the studio, I was inspired by that song and how incredible my body had been. I felt so strong, sexy, and unstoppable. I felt like no one can say sh*t to me ever again. I’m a force of nature!”

In 2022, she was nominated for Rookie Artist of the Year in the prestigious Denniz Pop Awards. Her debut EP “WHO HURT YOU?” was released in early 2023. The project was picked up by BBC Introducing and added to Spotify’s global playlist New Music Friday. Swedish music media joined the praise for the EP, which is now nominated for a Grammy in the R&B/Soul of the Year category.
