Vicktor Taiwò is an East London-based artist from Nigeria. Not too long ago, he released “tDS (Surf)”, an introspective alternative-soul single from his “Joy Comes in Spirit” album.

Taiwò’s delicate vocals ooze slowly over a melodic beat. Also, the laidback tempo moves at a hypnotic speed.

Not too long ago, Taiwò released a coming-of-age short film, entitled, “First Movement”.

The Kevin Clark-directed film, shot in Jamaica, begins with a woman giving birth to a baby boy. Also, the following scenes follow the boy as he matures into a man.
