Ventresca is an up-and-coming 17-year-old singer-songwriter from Toronto, Ontario. Not too long ago, she released a music video for her debut single, entitled, “Craving”, produced by Cindy Valentine (Bebe Rexha).
Ventresca – “Craving” music video
‘Craving’ serves as Ventresca’s biggest musical moment yet. Also, the song tells a heartfelt tale of a young woman who questions the intentions of a potential partner. Apparently, she’s falling for this individual, even though this person is no good for her wellbeing.
‘Craving’ contains a relatable storyline, ear-welcoming vocals, and tuneful melodies. Also, the likable tune is flavored with EDM-inspired synths, bouncy basslines, hi-hat heavy drum lines, and ‘80s keyboards.
Ventresca got her start in show business as part of the Canadian Dance Unit, winning multiple awards as an accomplished young dancer.
Inspired by a guitar performance by her brother (accompanied by a female singer), she decided to switch her focus to singing and songwriting. Shortly afterward, she enrolled in vocal lessons at the Royal Conservatory of Toronto.
With a mini-tour across Toronto (and a Grammy week side performance) already under her belt, the young talent is back in the studio for more music and a possible full-length project.
“Baby you’re no good for me ’cause all you ever do to me is make my knees go weak”
