The rising songstress moved to L.A. when she was thirteen, a transitional period which introduced her to all that music had to offer.
Also, she grew up surrounded by fashion, thanks to her parents’ Wasteland clothing stores in Los Angeles.
Her father had a crazy record collection and he introduced her to artists such as Joy Division and Sonic Youth. Later, she admitted, “I got into music through his taste.”
