Small Words releases an alternative rock tune, entitled, “Danger”

Small Words is an up-and-coming four-piece band based in Indianapolis, IN. Not too long ago, they released an alternative rock tune, entitled, “Danger.”

Small Words – “Danger” single

“‘Danger’ is about catching feelings for someone when you know you’re not in a good mental place for a relationship. Having this fear of letting them down, or yourself, but still having this rose-colored memory of relationships. Like a car crash, that could’ve ended your life but didn’t. There’s this intimate, and brutal destruction that you crave.” – Small Words explained

‘Danger’ conveys an intriguing tale about a young guy who finds himself thinking out loud. Apparently, he once felt love was in his nature, but now he realizes that it’s only in his head. Later, he surprisingly tells his significant other with this statement, “I wanna feel alive, so can we have another try?”

‘Danger’ contains a relatable narrative and ear-friendly vocals that will resonate well with fans of The 1975, The Band Camino, Joji, and Night Riots. The likable tune possesses guitar-laden instrumentation bursting with alternative rock and indie-pop elements. Furthermore, “Danger” is the title track of Small World’s new five-track EP.
