“Midnight talking, thinking of you. Everybody shares a secret here but I won’t share you. Then she starts talking and I feel so blue. I can’t believe she’s in love with you, she’s in love with you too. I know now how you hold her, but when I look at you, I see you slowly taking off my clothes like you want me too. It’s not hallucinations ‘cause eyes don’t ever lie. So tell me, baby, is there a chance for you and I? I’m so obsessed with you, boy, tell me what I gotta do? Yeah, I’m obsessed with you, boy, tell me how to get to you?” – lyrics

‘Got 2B Famous’ finds Sandra Grace confessing her feelings for the singer-songwriter, Charlie Puth. Apparently, she believes becoming famous will give her the best opportunity of getting close to him. Later, she admits, “I’m so obsessed with you, boy, tell me what I gotta do. I’m looking through your ‘gram and I’m so obsessed with you.”

‘Got 2B Famous’ contains a playful narrative, ear-pleasing vocals, and tuneful melodies that will resonate well with fans of The Weeknd. The radio-friendly, fanatic tune possesses groovy guitar-laden instrumentation flavored with contemporary and electro-pop elements. Furthermore, “Got 2B Famous” serves as a tasty appetizer to what listeners can expect to hear from Sandra Grace in the near future as she continues to release new music.

“Crowded places and you look so fine. But you keep on staring at me through the glass of wine.”

“‘Got 2B Famous’ is a song that came up to me at a very weird time. I’ve been following a journey of an American singer, Charlie Puth, for a while when I felt a very strong desire to meet him in person. So I had this thought in my head, ‘I have to get famous to get to him,’ and then it just happened. I wrote a song about having a crush on a celebrity, being just a simple girl who wants so badly to get seen by her crush. It is a very light and positive song full of nothing but love towards him. So I guess, ‘Got 2B Famous’ is dedicated to Charlie Puth. Also, it might even speak for others, I mean, I am obviously not the only one who wants to meet him in person.” – Sandra Grace explained

Sandra Grace grew up in a small depressive Ukrainian city, Zdolbuniv, and she began writing songs at the age of 13. In 2014, she moved to the United States (Oregon) for a student exchange program. During that time, she enjoyed her first recording experience and sang the American National Anthem at a high school basketball game. In 2019, Sandra released her debut single, “Hotel,” followed by another single, “Low,” and her debut EP, “A Gift For Christmas.”

“Stop and take a deep breath. You know you can do whatever you want as long as you believe in it. A positive mind leads to positive thoughts which lead to positive actions. This is a message for all, who like me, chasing a dream and burning a light flame of hope and faith and waking up every day working hard for it. You can do it. We can do it.” – Sandra Grace stated

Sandra’s songs have received a lot of support from R&B lovers, especially fans of The Weeknd, who called Sandra the first female artist giving The Weeknd’s music vibe. Her music, mixed with different sounds and genres, represents her life full of feelings, thoughts, and experiences.
