Princess Ella is an Atlanta-based singer-songwriter and a multi-talented musician (piano, guitar, drums) from Nigeria. Not too long ago, she released a lovely lyric video for her “Rora” single, produced by Egar. The video was filmed and edited by Ella via Blown Entertainment Group.
Princess Ella – “Rora” lyric video
‘Rora’ tells a heartfelt tale about an insecure young woman who worries day and night that her significant other will one day leave her side. Apparently, she’s stressed out because, in her mind, one of the multiple women her partner looks at online might lustfully take him away. With no time to waste, she tells him, “I can’t let these chicks online take you away. I fit to craze if you no dey my life.”
The video, simple in its approach, finds a hooded Princess Ella performing her song in front of a parked vehicle. The backyard view, filled with white flowers, trees, and bushes, gives an environmental feel to Rora’s already natural soundscape. Later, the video transitions indoors, where Ella, still sporting dark shades, performs for her viewing audience.
“Bad girl, but they don’t know I’m so so good.”
Princess Ella was exposed to music at an early age. At 10, she composed her first song and performed it LIVE at a family event. In her teens, she sang in the church choir and recorded music in the studio with her older brother. Her debut EP, “Wonder Woman,” was released in 2021. Since then, Ella has been on a mission to spread good music across the globe while encouraging listeners to pursue their dreams.
