Polly Money is an up-and-coming singer-songwriter and guitarist based in London, England. Not too long ago, she released a music video for her “Roommate” single.

Polly Money – “Roommate” music video

“This song is the undeniable need to spend all of your hours lost in the person you love. Their place or yours, it doesn’t matter, as long as you are waking up next to them. It’s the surprise late-night turn-ups, it’s the falling head over and it’s wanting to build a home together. This song is for hopeless romantics.” – Polly Money

‘Roommate’ tells a charming tale of a young woman who doesn’t like to sleep alone at night. Therefore, she desires to obtain a special roommate with benefits. Shortly afterward, she asks her significant other to be her roomie for three to four days out of the week.

‘Roommate’ contains a relatable storyline, pleasing vocals, and tuneful melodies. Also, the sweet ‘n’ cheeky tune possesses melodic instrumentation scented with a dreamy indie-pop aroma.

Londoners can mark January 30, 2020, in their diaries for Polly Money’s next live show at “Colours”. The charismatic newcomer’s magnetic performances have led to support slots with a slate of household names including Muse and Gabrielle Aplin to name a few.

Elsewhere, Polly has been seen lending her deft guitar skills to singer-songwriter upstarts Denai Moore and Laurel. Also, her sound takes notes from R&B heavyweights such as Frank Ocean and Justin Timberlake.
