Partial Sum – “Just Listen” lyric video

“Move a little closer to ya, take a step hold on to me. Make a wish, yes, see what I see. Boy, I know you’re standing there, I don’t regret wanting you next to me. My eyes are so wide open, look inside, Boy, I’m hoping. Sometimes, I get lonely, and I don’t feel like you know me. I don’t feel like you’re listening to me. Sometimes, when you touch me, I don’t feel like you love me. When you’re here, just listen to me.” – lyrics

‘Just Listen’ tells a heartfelt tale about a young woman who shares a challenging relationship with her significant other. Apparently, she wants her companion’s full and undivided attention. And when she doesn’t get that love that she requires from him, she tends to think that he isn’t interested in her anymore. Later, she reveals what she really wants, “I wish on a star that you’d really love me.”

‘Just Listen’ contains a relationship-based narrative, ear-pleasing vocals, and tuneful melodies that will resonate well with fans of Ariana Grande, Madison Beer, and Olivia Rodrigo. The likable tune possesses guitar-laden instrumentation bursting with synth-pop and electro-dance elements. Furthermore, “Just Listen” will be featured on Partial Sum’s upcoming album, entitled, “New Beginnings.”
