Orfeo releases an attractive tune, entitled, “Jameson & Baileys”

Orfeo is an up-and-coming R&B/Soul singer out of Los Angeles, California. Not too long ago, he released an attractive tune, entitled, “Jameson & Baileys”.

“Jameson & Baileys”

“It’s ten past 12 a.m. and my heart is racing. The thought of you coming over to keep me company, just boosted my self-esteem. So I dim all the lights, turn up the music, pour a cup a coffee ‘cause I’m not gonna fall asleep before we get under the sheets.” – Lyrics

“Jameson & Baileys” is a relatable song about a man who anticipates intimate lovemaking with his significant other. But, he has to wait up all night for this voluptuous act to happen.

His sexual dehydration is at an all-time high. Therefore, he drinks a cup of coffee to stay up, something he hopes he’s capable of when the moment of intimacy eventually happens. But uneasiness sinks into his pleasure-seeking mental, and he begins to question if his impending desire will ever come into fruition.

The evocative track contains lush instrumentation, dreamy soul vocals, and a ‘dead air’ sample often heard when playing vinyl records. Also, it highlights sexual addiction in the 21st century, mental health,  and lustful anxiety.

In conclusion, Orfeo is a talented singer, certainly one to watch out for in 2018 and beyond. Also, he was added to a roster of talented musicians on Tokyo Dawn Records’ compilation album, entitled, “The Heart: Volume 4”.

Therefore, we recommend adding his “Jameson & Baileys” single to your personal playlist.
