MELONYX covers The Stylistics’ “You Make Me Feel Brand New” single

MELONYX (Georgia Copeland and Nadia Latoya) is a soul-sister duo based in Nottingham, England. Not too long ago, they released a lovers rock-inspired reworking of The Stylistics’ iconic 1970s romantic tune, entitled, “You Make Me Feel Brand New.”

‘You Make Me Feel Brand New’ finds MELONYX singing about self-love and establishing a new attitude. The liberating mellow tune possesses vibrant instrumentation flavored with a contemporary reggae vibration. Furthermore, “You Make Me Feel Brand New” is featured on MELONYX’s debut EP, entitled, Black Elixir. The project, produced by Joe Buhdha, features their previously released singles, Melanin Queens and Energy.
