Lo Boii releases a groovy indie-R&B tune, entitled, “Maybe”

Lo Boii is a talented duo hailing from Philadelphia and Cleveland. Not too long ago, they released a groovy indie-R&B tune, entitled, “Maybe.”

Lo Boii – “Maybe” single

“She stopped falling for my prose, I cannot blame her. Caught me on my bullsh*t, 3 am has gone so cold. I know you got service, guess I’m just not worth it. I don’t know no shame, no way. Make me want more, babe. If I know one thing, it’s that a heart don’t change.” – lyrics

‘Maybe’ tells an intriguing tale about a guy who shares a challenging relationship with his significant other. Apparently, he obsessively wants his companion more than anything else in this world. Therefore, he doesn’t want her to rule out love because he feels they could make it as a couple.

‘Maybe’ contains a relationship-based narrative, ear-pleasing vocals, and tuneful melodies. Also, the likable tune possesses groovy instrumentation flavored with neo-soul, modern funk, and indie-R&B elements. Furthermore, “Maybe” serves as a wonderful presentation of what listeners can expect to hear on Lo Boii’s upcoming sophomore EP. Also, the song follows mildly on the heels of the duo’s previously released single, entitled, “Save Us.”

“Hate to think that you’re ruling out love.”

“When testing a relationship’s limits goes wrong, you can get left in limbo, relationship purgatory. The ‘Maybe’… maybe the love is strong enough to persevere… maybe not. Even if you’re a little melancholy and lost in love, the vibe is right for you to dance to in the living room.” – Lo Boii stated
