Libby Whitehouse is an 18-year-old rising pop star from Brighton, United Kingdom. Not too long ago, she released “Rewind”, a lovely pop tune from her upcoming debut EP, entitled, “Feels”, available on the fourteenth of November.
Libby Whitehouse – “Rewind”
“Rewind, back to when it was easier. Nights, sitting watching the TV. Rewind, just come over and see me. I don’t want to be alone tonight.” – lyrics
‘Rewind’ tells the tale of a woman who reflects on fond love memories. She wants to press the rewind button and travel back to a time when she and a former love interest were regularly in each other’s presence. She yearns for those romantic moments to come back to a time when they used to cuddle in each other’s arms while watching television.
‘Rewind’ contains a relatable storyline, lovely pop vocals, and a charismatic instrumentation perfumed with an electro-dance scent.
“‘Rewind’ is quite different to anything I’ve released so far. It has more of a garage vibe to it which I LOVE. I had so much fun writing this with my producer Chris Priest. It’s taken from my debut EP “Feels”, which I’m so excited for everyone to hear.” – Libby Whitehouse
‘Rewind’ follows the release of Whitehouse’s last single, “New Boy”, which opens her “Feels” EP. The song contains a sharp and sassy empowerment pop reminiscent of Dua Lipa, Mabel, and Stefflon Don.

The Laurence Boxley-directed video proves Whitehouse has the voice of a star and the dance moves to match. She is definitely an artist to keep an ear👂out for.
“I had a great time writing and recording the EP. I think it does a really good job of representing each genre of music I love to write, sing and listen to. I’m so excited to get this out. I’ve already got ideas for new music and have started working on more things for 2019.” – Libby Whitehouse
We recommend adding Libby Whitehouse’s “Rewind” single to your personal playlist.
