“This song was written from the perspective of my experience during isolation during 2020. How frustrated and hard it’s been, ‘these four walls can go to hell’ is exactly how I was feeling on the day when I wrote it. The lines regarding my brother are not to the fact that he had under 12 hours’ notice to fly across the country and leave his family in order to continue his job working in the V8s. He’s been gone for two months and won’t be back for around another two. While his baby daughter is much younger than mine. It’s been a trying time for everyone, but this is our little ‘anthem’ for us.” – JB and Me
