HENRIKES – “Out of the Blue” single

“‘Out of the Blue’ is an expression of that turning point when you least expect it and light reappears out of the blue. It touches on the energetic feeling of attraction when it strikes without warning.” – HENRIKES explained

‘Out of the Blue’ contains an attraction-based narrative and ear-pleasing vocals that will resonate well with anyone who wishes their significant other never crossed their path. The out-the-blue single possesses aggressive drums and synth-laden instrumentation seasoned with an edgy electro-pop vibration. Furthermore, “Out of the Blue” serves as a savory appetizer to what listeners can expect to hear from HENRIKES in the near future as they continue to release new and exciting music.

HENRIKES has created a melancholic, dreamy electro-pop sound with influences from both emotive film music and ‘80s synths. Inspiration comes from legends such as Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, and contemporary artists such as Lykke Li, Anna of the North, Susanne Sundfor, and Kleerup. Their songs tell stories in a cinematic way, exploring the contrasts between darkness and hope.
