EMME is a singer-songwriter from Los Angeles, California. Not too long ago, she released a lovely self-love anthem, titled, “Hold On To The Heart.”

“‘Hold On To The Heart’ was born with the hope that I can learn to show myself the same love that I show to everyone else in my life, and find confidence and validation within myself. This song means so much to me because it was written at a time when I was really struggling to love myself. Self-love can seem so simple or even indulgent, but through it all, the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself.” – EMME explained

‘Hold On To The Heart’ contains driving synths and drums tucked perfectly beneath soaring melodies. The likable tune serves as a savory taste of what listeners can expect to hear on EMME’s debut extended-play project, which features her debut single, “Valley Girl.”

Since starring on Sony’s RCA reality show, Majors and Minors, at just 16 years old, EMME has continued to hone her creative craft, resulting in a beautiful vocal and an addictive pop sensibility. Since then, she has been releasing music in collaboration with DJs like LeYouth and Tritonal, gaining hundreds of thousands of monthly listeners.

As a songwriter, EMME has been applauded by superstar, Brandy, and she has landed credits including Grace VanderWaal’s “Hideaway” (featured as an original song in Paramount Picture’s Wonder Park), JORDY’s “things I never said” and “Better By Myself,” Tritonal’s “Out of the Dark,” and Le Youth’s “About Us,” which eclipsed over 13 million streams.
