Chelsea Klein – “Human” single
“Who said thoughts only cost a penny? ‘Cause if that’s the case, baby, I’d have plenty. And I’ve been screwing up ‘cause my head’s heavy. But who’s to say I should be ready? ‘Cause I can be emotional, honey, but I let it go sometimes. Oh baby, how it takes me low when I get caught up in my mind. And I don’t say sorry’ cause we’re all just human.” – lyrics
‘Human’ tells a genuine tale about a young woman who analyses certain aspects of being human. Apparently, she comes to the decisive conclusion that we are all flawed to a certain degree, some more than others. Therefore, she encourages listeners to stay true to themselves (“I’m me from start to ending”), and know that pain will come whenever great gain is involved.
‘Human’ contains an introspective narrative, pleasing vocals, and tuneful melodies. Also, the likable tune possesses guitar-driven instrumentation flavored with an acoustic indie-pop aroma. Furthermore, “Human” serves as a wonderful presentation of what listeners can expect to hear from Chelsea Klein in the near future.
“I’m proud to know that I’m just a little bit human.”
“This is another song that has some writing genius from my good friend Taylor Hill in it. I have been sitting on it for a few years and I couldn’t think of a more fitting time to finally release it. This is my first acoustic/more serious song that I have released, and it just feels very honest to me. I think people are incredibly hard on themselves about various aspects of their lives. I definitely know I am on myself. And this song is just one that reminds me we all have flaws and that’s okay. We all make mistakes and do things that we aren’t always proud of and life continues. I have constantly worked on not feeling the need to be perfect all the time. As long as I am true to myself and my own heart, the negative things will pass. We are all human.” – Chelsea Klein explained
Chelsea Klein has been developing under Nick Cooper (celebrity vocal coach) for the past five years. Now, she’s finally ready to share what she’s been working on with the world. With a campaign built around bringing strength back to kindness, Klein brings a breath of fresh air and hope back into listeners’ lives.
“There’s really no competition, I hope everyone gets what they want.”
