Ash Olsen is a rising rapper from Norway. Not too long ago, she released a lovely lyric visualizer for her “remedy” single via EZ Money.

Ash Olsen – “remedy” lyric video

“‘remedy’ is about a girl that has the remedy effect on me. And its just a fun way of saying I’m kind of fuc*** while I also enjoy living the ‘free’ life with no attachments I guess.” – Ash Olsen explained

‘remedy’ tells an exciting tale about a young woman who shares an exciting relationship with her significant other. Every day, she thinks about her partner a lot. With a don’t-care attitude, she admits, “You know what I do with that body. Oh, that’s your b*tch I ain’t sorry. She in my phone still calling. I’m on my own ‘cause a b*tch still balling.”

‘remedy’ is featured on Ash Olsen’s long-awaited second album, entitled, “Golden Child.” The project spans 11 captivating tracks, which serve as a sonic chronicle, intimately recounting the emotional rollercoaster of a young woman traversing the intricate landscapes of same-sex love and relationships.

“One of my first readings with my «spiritual guide» as I like to call her, told me that I was a golden child and she said that Golden Children are born with a very clear mission, and most of us have never been here before so they might struggle with physical life here. And that meant that I was one of few that had come to earth for a bigger purpose and that is also why I had probably felt very alone and lonely growing up. And that sh*t sat with me, and she also said as a joke that I should call my album that, and then the more I thought about naming the album that’s what I came back to every time. So thanks to her I have a fire album name.” – Ash Olsen explained

Ash Olsen fearlessly exposes her rawest human sentiments with unwavering authenticity, resulting in an enthralling musical journey. Emanating a seductive allure coupled with an unapologetic edge, the album showcases Olsen’s prowess as she effortlessly navigates her idiosyncratic flow, seamlessly transitioning between razor-sharp verses and irresistible melodies.

Striking while the iron is hot, “Golden Child” lands straight off the back of Ash’s exciting collaboration with fellow Scandinavians, WIINSTON, and south London rapper, Che Lingo. The project so far has taken Ash across the globe, having spent time in Los Angeles recording and filming her music videos for “Low” and “The Juice.”
