‘Scared Stupid’ tells the tale of a woman who’s in a year-long relationship with a guy she’s head-over-heels in love with. She’s happy with the way the relationship is going. Also, she’s cautious of her happiness because love has never felt this good to her before.
‘Scared Stupid’ contains a romantic storyline, pop vocals, and a charming instrumentation perfumed with lover’s delight.

‘Lovers’ is a tightly-written collection of songs created in LA, London, and Hamburg. The songs explore the confusing, messy world of the modern relationship. The character at the center of ‘Lovers’ is, Emmi admits, “Me in every relationship I’ve ever been in: awkward and looking for someone to save her.” Eventually, the Emmi in these songs grows balls and says: “Enough.”
