Amalia Watty is a New York-based R&B/Pop singer outta Anguilla in the Caribbean. Not too long ago, she released a wonderful single, “Needing You.”

Watty’s rangy vocals echo beautifully in this inspirational ballad. Also, the song urges listeners to light the fire within their parachutes.
Not too long ago, Watty auditioned for the American Idol TV Show. She performed Bob Dylan’s “Make You Feel My Love” single. Also, the judges (Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan) were impressed by her soulful performance.
In her own words, Amalia Watty explains, “Hearing it from Lionel and Katie and Luke, who have been through it and who I look up to in so many different ways, it was like wow. I feel like I’m doing something right, and you know, I have a chance.”
