Meet the Team at Bong Mines Entertainment, which consists of Zangba Thomson, an award-winning author, hip-hop artist, influential blogger, music consultant, tastemaker, curator, journalist, digital publisher, and the founder/Editor-in-Chief of Bong Mines Entertainment. Not too long ago, the legendary Hue-man Books labeled Thomson, “A New Voice in Literary Fiction.” Since then, Thomson’s creative works have been featured on NBC’s Today, Kathy Lee & Hoda, ABC, Fox & Friends, Centric TV, HOT 97, and Essence Magazine to name a few.
At the National Black Theatre in Harlem, New York—Thomson received the Bai T. Moore Literary Award and a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition (from Congressman-Charles B. Rangel) for his literary achievements, commitment to strengthening our Nation and making a difference through volunteering service in urban communities. Thomson’s goal is to be a great influence on future generations of successful thinkers. His award-winning book series, THREE BLACK BOYS, is available where all books are sold.
