WOLVES releases a powerful lyric video for their “Shoulder to Shoulder” single

WOLVES is an LA-based band. Not too long ago, the trio released a powerful lyric video for their “Shoulder to Shoulder” single, just in time for Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2019.

WOLVES – “Shoulder to Shoulder”

“Look around from the clouds, people dying every day. Come on down to the now, ‘cause we live and breathe the same. The blood of my brothers been pouring out, we’re shoulder to shoulder and won’t back down. We got love, just enough, for a light to find a way.” – lyrics

‘Shoulder to Shoulder’ tells a triumphant tale of a unified-collaborative-effort, which can enable a departure out of our dire circumstances. Unconstitutional conditions which are being televised and promoted daily by mega-media outlets. Also, the song will surely resurrect the nostalgic emotions on Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Going On” single, a sentiment we all need to re-experience. As long as there are those who stand against justice and equal rights for all of humanity, we must—and will always stand—shoulder to shoulder.

‘Shoulder to Shoulder’ contains a relatable storyline, heartfelt lyrics, and gritty-urban instrumentation flavored with booming bass, triumphant synths, and pop sensibilities with bold rock ‘n’ roll elements. Also, the stadium-stomping rhythmic tune pushes for equality and acceptance.

“I can’t think of a better way to describe us. The three of us are all about the good of the group. Every day, we try to embody that philosophy in our music and beyond.” – Marc Avery

WOLVES was named after the characteristics of wolves. These majestic animals which are bonded by an innate sense of the pack, move in harmony as one unit towards common goals. Therefore, their debut single, entitled, “Animal”, gave the trio their signature sound, flavored with primal energy.

“We wondered what it would be like if we took all these different influences we loved—artists like Michael Jackson, the Eagles, Coldplay—and rolled them all into one band today.” – Rockwell Sands

WOLVES’ music is built for pop radio and stadiums alike. Also, the bubbly trio hopes to inspire audiences across the globe with their music, and they want to continue creating unforgettable songs.

Not too long ago, they released a music video for their “Freaky” single. The song is an anthem to inspire others to be brave and embrace who you are. Also, to share your inner-most desires with the world and live life to the fullest.
