Olivia Nelson – “Back to You” EP
“I felt a lil’ lost after my first EP came out. I wasn’t sure where to go from there. All that build-up, then it’s over. This music stuff can really consume you and you can get so caught up in your own head. But all I knew is that I wanted to have fun with this project and make music that I would listen to day-to-day. And that’s exactly what I did. I slowly found the way back to myself. Hopefully, you feel that too.” – Olivia Nelson
The release of “Back to You” EP serves as Olivia Nelson’s biggest moment yet. The anticipated project is filled with letters to exes and notes for self-love. The result is an exploration of an artist realizing and nurturing her full potential. The EP begins with “Summertime”, a post-relationship tune that finds Olivia struggling to get over her ex.
