Number_i Ignites the Stage with Explosive Performance at Head In The Clouds Los Angeles 2025!

Japanese pop sensation Number_i (@number_i_staff) recently captivated audiences with an electrifying performance at Head In The Clouds Festival (@hitcfestival), streaming LIVE worldwide on May 31st and June 1st exclusively on 88rising’s (@88rising) YouTube channel. This vibrant celebration of music and culture was made possible with the support of sponsors: Honda, Tide, Netflix, Viki, and Johnnie Walker.

The livestream lineup on Sunday (PT) kicked off with YY, followed by Youha, Yung Kai, PISCEE, and Jonah Love. The energy ramped up with Number_i, PIAO, MILLI, DPR Artic & DPR Cream, Higher Brothers, DPR Ian, Sunkis, and 2NE1, closing with the 88rising 10-Year Magic Show Party Finale.

With 94,000+ viewers glued to the livestream, Number_i—Sho Hirano, Yuta Jinguji, and Yuta Kishi—stormed the stage alongside their razor-sharp dancers, igniting a frenzy under blazing lights. The crowd’s deafening cheers erupted as the trio unleashed their seismic single “GOAT,” its pounding beats and electrifying energy shaking the venue to its core. “Are you ready?” they roared, diving into “Fuji,” a high-octane anthem that kept the stage ablaze, fans’ fists pumping in a sea of adrenaline-fueled chaos.

Next, they unleashed “BON,” their intricate choreography slicing through the air with jaw-dropping precision, dancers moving as one. Phones glowed like stars as the crowd scrambled to capture this once-in-a-lifetime spectacle. The vibe soared higher with their new single “HIRAKEGOMA,” its slick hip-hop moves mesmerizing festival attendees, who stood transfixed, unwilling to blink. Thunderous applause cascaded as Number_i launched into “SQUARE_ONE,” each step a masterclass in charisma, the crowd locked in a trance and roaring with another ovation.

Striding onto the extended stage, inches from the audience, they delivered “Numbers,” the raw connection sparking screams of devotion. Back on the main stage, Number_i stripped it down for “GOD_i,” performing solo with only a cameraman weaving through their razor-sharp moves, each gesture dripping with precision and power. The dancers rejoined, and the stage exploded into a kaleidoscope of passion for “INZM,” its rapid-fire raps and bold hip-hop flair sending shockwaves through the arena. J-Pop in its purest, most exhilarating form, Number_i saved their most dazzling choreography for a heart-stopping finale. This set didn’t just light up the stage—it set it on fire.
