Niko Ceci is a fast-rising teen actor, dancer, and singer from Toronto, Canada. Not too long ago, he released a soulful piano-laden Pop single, “Outta Control.”

The varying beat on “Outta Control” reflects Niko Ceci reaching a breaking point as it escalates, juxtaposed with slower sections of the song where he talks through his anxieties. “My head’s spinning round, I can’t find a way out. I want to escape, tell me why I can’t make a sound.” Recorded heartbeats and ad-libs add texture and presence to the track, reflecting the thoughts racing through the back of Niko’s mind.
In his own words, Niko explains: “‘Outta Control’ was inspired by the added pressures that come with being a teenager. Not only is everything changing for us but we have to manage school, family, a social life, and keep our mental health good at the same time. The idea for this song came to me while I was sitting and waiting in an airport. I was on my way back home from holiday break and the reality of life dawned on me. I remembered the schoolwork I had to catch up on, making sure to reply to everyone on social media, exam review was starting, and I was freaking out. I thought to myself wow, I could write a song about how I feel right now – and I did.”
“Outta Control” is a song that Niko finds empowering, helping him feel understood. “I wanted to let people my age know that they aren’t alone and [that] everyone has ups and downs.”

In 2016, Niko Ceci booked his first professional role when he was cast as the voice of Eureka in the children’s animated series Creative Galaxy (Prime Video). His first big break came when he starred as the voice for the musical and animal-loving Pablo in the remake of the popular animated series Clifford the Big Red Dog (PBS Kids/Brown Bag Films).
Since then, Niko has amassed a significant body of voice work including playing leads in productions such as Corn and Peg (Nelvana/Nick Jr./Nickelodeon/Treehouse TV), Blue’s Clues & You (Nickelodeon), Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum (Brown Bag Films), and Remy & Boo (Universal Kids). Niko also continues to build his film and television portfolio with roles on Odd Squad (TVO Kids/PBS Kids), Resolve (Sunstone Pictures), and Incorporated (CBS Television Studios).
When he isn’t filming or recording for animation, Niko enjoys dancing (hip-hop, jazz, tap, contemporary, ballet) creating, playing, and recording music.
