Love Spells (@lovespellslovesyou) is the mystic lovechild of 20-year-old singer-songwriter Sir Taegen C’aion Harris from Houston, Texas. Continuing to captivate with his haunting sound, he recently unveiled an otherworldly and ethereal song “How?”

“How?” blurs the line between lust and love, where intimacy clouds judgment and leads to impulsive choices. Love Spells adds, “‘How?’ is a more straightforward song. It’s about confusing someone’s lust for love, and how that can impact your judgment and cause you to make stupid decisions. You see someone’s red flags and throw them out the window in the haste of an intimate moment. When that moment passes you sit there, still in love, but the moment has passed – until it starts all over again.”
“How?” follows the success of “Reach Out And Kiss Me,” which received airplay on KCRW and BBC Radio 1’s Future Artists with Sian Eleri, and “Lovers Only,” which premiered as a World Record by Zane Lowe on Apple Music’s Beats 1. The success of his first two singles has landed Love Spells on the covers of Spotify’s coveted Lorem and Indie Frequency playlists. All three tracks will be featured on his highly anticipated “The Love I Showed You Was Yours To Keep” EP, available May 22nd via Loveless/ADA Worldwide.

Love Spells will join Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory on their 2025 North American tour with stops in Brooklyn at Brooklyn Steel on May 2nd and Los Angeles at The Wiltern on May 21st.
