KYTES – “Cope” (Official Music Video)

“Cope” presents a profound contemplation of the human experience, especially in challenging times. The lyrics resonate with many listeners who feel overwhelmed by both the good and the bad. This emotional duality is a central theme throughout the song, where the repetition of questions such as “what can I do?” highlights feelings of helplessness and the search for solutions.
The line, “these days are rough cause we never get enough of the good and the bad stuff,” poignantly encapsulates the struggle of balancing life’s ups and downs. Many individuals relate to this sentiment, experiencing a constant cycle of emotions that makes it hard to find peace. As the lyrics suggest, scrolling through difficult times can often feel isolating.
With repeated queries throughout the song, KYTES encourages listeners to reflect on their personal agency. The phrase, “tell me what can I do?” serves as an inspiring call to action, prompting each person to consider their role in navigating life’s complexities. This engaging dialogue not only underscores the message of resilience but also fosters a sense of community, urging people to support one another during times of struggle.
Ultimately, “Cope” resonates deeply with those feeling lost or overwhelmed. Its lyrics prompt us to aim for solutions and encourage discussions surrounding our individual and collective experiences. The song questions how we deal with the daily flood of bad news, addressing self-doubt and doom-scrolling spirals. The fast, hypnotic, almost reggaeton-like beat drives the song forward, guitars and synthesizers merge, and frontman Spieler surprises with unexpected, memorable, and unique vocals.
About KYTES

KYTES has grown step by step over the years since its formation in 2015 to become one of the most exciting bands in Europe. The three musicians, who have been friends since kindergarten, have found their own pace through their music and a unique blend of freedom and familiarity. KYTES have been releasing their songs via their own label, Frisbee Records, since 2018, and they have now been streamed over 150 million times.
KYTES define themselves through their self-created genre ‘Indie Rave,’ which combines their old love ‘Indie’ and their new love ‘Rave.’ This mix also makes the band’s live show a very special experience – from catchy sing-along hooks to ravey electronic sets to intimate unplugged moments.

The band’s new album “Indie Rave” will be released on the 31st of July 2026. The band will then embark on their biggest tour to date, the ‘Indie Rave Tour 2026 & 2027,’ which will include more than 35 concerts across Europe. In December 2025, the band will play an exclusive concert to mark their 10th anniversary at Strom in Munich – the place where it all began for them 10 years ago.
