Lines like “Mama’s on the phone, she di call me, give me warning,” weaves a narrative that resonates with anyone who cherishes wisdom. “She said ‘Son, I di pray for you every night and day. Smooth transitions and melodic melodies draw listeners into a heartfelt experience. Beyond the catchy tunes, J Kree’s music is a reflection of his life’s journey. At 13, J Kree started performing in public. Later, he got in contact with Blu Nation Recording producer, Wavalez OTT, who believed in J’s talent and became his mentor. J visited Wavalez OTT in Douala and Blu Nation frontline artist Tzy Panchack was around. When one of his tracks was played, Tzy took interest in the young talent and hence linked him to the Blu Nation Recording CEO Marvin Slim, who later signed J to Blu Nation Recording.
