“When I’m High” is a continuation of Claudia Valentina’s raw yet genre-less sound. It is about self-destruction and being highly aware of it, fully conscious of every choice and action that leads down a path of harm and moving forward with those decisions despite the consequences.
In her own words, Claudia Valentina explains, “‘When I’m High’ is about that blurry space between feeling invincible and completely lost. It’s like chasing a high just to outrun yourself, knowing it’s probably a bad idea—but doing it anyway. I wanted it to feel raw and a little reckless, like the soundtrack to every impulsive decision I’ve ever made.”

At 13, Claudia Valentina signed her first record deal, navigating the challenges of being typecast as a pop star while she sought to find her true artistic voice.
