“I’m lookin’ at you, you’re looking at your phone like I’m talking to a wall. I might as well be alone. Got so much to tell ya about the day I had but you wouldn’t know because you never asked. Can’t keep settin’ myself on fire just to keep you warm. No, I can’t be the lightning and the storm. Just tryna find a spark in your cold-cold arms.” – lyrics

‘Settin’ Myself on Fire’ tells an interesting tale of a young woman who shares a problematic relationship with her significant other.

Apparently, she always fulfills her partner’s needs, but unfortunately, that same affection isn’t reciprocated when she needs love.

I have seen her on multiple occasions and the girl can surely sing. She has soul that no 20 something should possess and “brings it” to every performance.
