Bea Kadri is a London-based singer-songwriter from Beirut, Lebanon. Not too long ago, she released a music video for her “Knock Me Down” single, produced by Jamie Reddington.

“Always got the right line to make me lose my right mind. And you can’t do no wrong. No, you’re smarter than your own kind. Words that cut too deep make me question things. Make me look myself so strange in the mirror.” – lyrics

‘Knock Me Down’ tells an interesting tale of a young woman who courageously takes charge of her own destiny.

The likable tune contains a relatable storyline, pleasing vocals, and vibey instrumentation flavored with urban pop, trap, and contemporary R&B elements.

“‘Knock Me Down’ is about the struggle that comes with believing in myself against the odds and pursuing my dreams. The video is DIY so it showcases the bittersweet raw emotions and anxiety that come with the achievements I’ve made as an artist and finally pushing through some of the societal and cultural stigma that surrounded me growing up.” – Bea Kadri

Bea Kadri grew up listening to Pop, hip-hop, and ‘90s R&B music. Her sound is chill and sultry and she writes and sings about self-discovery, empowerment, and all matters of the heart.

In 2018, she moved to London to pursue a Master’s degree in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster.

Since then, she has performed all around the city, including performing at the Brit Awards 2018 with Justin Timberlake, his choir, and Chris Appleton.

Love the music video Bea! Cant wait to see how far you will go… There is no reward without risk. The people who just go for it and make the effort, are the most successful in life. Those people who reach their highest goals or aspirations, who come closest to self actualization, are those who overcome their anxiety and fear, and who actually do things. They are doers and thinkers; not just thinkers. They are the people who change the world and make our lives better. They are also the people most likely to find happiness and fulfillment in life.
