In her own words, Amber Ais’ explains, “‘Love Yourself’ is a deeply honest indie pop track that talks about wishing someone well knowing that you cannot save them from themselves. There’s this phrase that says, ‘If they wanted to they would’ and I think there’s a lot more nuance to that because sometimes they want to but they can’t. Sometimes the best thing you can do for someone is love people from afar because you are never meant to be someone’s savior or the solution to their internal struggles.”
“Love Yourself” is the lead single from Amber’s forthcoming album, “I Think I’ll Always Love You,” which is a line from “Love Yourself.”

In the fall of 2014, Amber Ais began her studies as a songwriting major at Berklee College of Music. There she became serious about pursuing a career as an independent artist. In April of 2017, she released her debut EP, “Seattle,” a collection of three songs she wrote herself.
Amber’s cool tone is supported by a blend of contemporary R&B, Pop production, and live instrumentation. Her musical and writing influences include John Mayer, Julia Michaels, and Tori Kelly.
Amber graduated from Berklee in 2018 with a degree in Songwriting and released her second EP “Yearbook.” She hopes to continue to release music that speaks to the hearts of people and wishes to collaborate with other artists to further her artistry. Amber is set to release a two-part EP in the spring and summer, so we can expect more music from what we consider to be an artist to watch.
